"The Beachhouse" accommodates a maximum of 2 persons in approximately 2000 square feet, and is located on the lower part of the estate, below the main house. Completely private and secure, "The Beachhouse" has its own secluded entrance from the street, sweeping views of the bay and beach from every room, infinity pool heated to your desire, gourmet kitchen, living room, outside dining terrace, large bedroom and bath, outdoor shower, air conditioning, and beach access. *Rates are: *All rates are subject to a 17% Mexican IVA Tax. $2,000 security deposit required.
