Villa Verano Charitable Fund

Since 1984, Villa Verano has been fortunate to have hosted literally thousands of guests. The one comment we consistently hear from each group is that our staff is what makes Villa Verano so special. The same is true of Puerto Vallarta; it’s the people who make our town such a wonderful vacation destination. Their warmth, desire to please, and positive attitude is the real reason people return to Vallarta year after year.

We believe in giving back to the people of our community, and as such, the Villa has been donated each year to raise funds for charitable organizations in the US and Mexico. Many of our guests have asked how they might give back as well, and in response to those requests, we have created the Villa Verano Charitable Fund, a non-profit organization founded by our owners to assist local charities in Puerto Vallarta. All contributions are tax deductible in the United States, and 100% of the proceeds are donated to carefully selected local charities which help those in need. In addition, we donate to local animal rights charities and organizations involved in protecting our environment.

The Board of Directors meets twice a year to review which charities will be selected as beneficiaries for that year. Decisions are based on the charity’s past achievements, reputation, and annual financial reports. All operating costs of the Villa Verano Charitable Fund are underwritten by the owners of Villa Verano and it’s property management company, ADLB.

No donation is too small, and a letter acknowledging your contribution will be sent to you for tax purposes.
