There are 8 to 11 bedrooms available in our private estate.
High Season: November 15 through April 30 – $450.00 per bedroom per night (8-bedroom minimum, 6-night minimum)
Low Season: July 1 through September 30 – $250.00 per bedroom per night (6-bedroom minimum, 3-night minimum)
Mid Season: May 1 through June 30 and Oct 1 through Nov 14 – $350.00 per bedroom per night (6 bedroom minimum, 4-night minimum)
Christmas: December 20 through December 27 – $550.00 per bedroom per night (11-bedroom minimum, 7-night minimum)
New Year’s: December 27 through January 3 – $650.00 per bedroom per night (11-bedroom minimum, 7-night minimum)
50% deposit is required to secure dates, remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Credit Card information will be held as a Security Deposit.
There are a total of 22 bedrooms between Villa Verano the Beachouse and the Beach Villas. Our normal policy is 2 people per bedroom. When renting the Beach Villas in conjunction with Villa Verano, the nightly rate at the Beach Villas will be the same as Villa Verano (excluding The Beach House).
Check-in time is after 3 pm, check-out time is prior to 11 am.
Rates do not include 16% VAT and 4% State Tax
