Perched above the private beach and looking down the coast to the Arc and the Playa de Los Muertos, this 3-level, 3-bedroom villa boasts spectacular views from every room. Enter from the top floor into the living area with a professional kitchen and patio with BBQ amenities. Down the stairs on the lower two levels, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms and a private soaking pool.

Each Villa includes a staff welcome with a margarita and guacamole presentation. Full Breakfast is included Daily, prepared and served in your Villa, with the exception of Sunday. Continental Breakfast is provided on Sundays. Daily house cleaning services included. Optional private chef’s dinners each evening are available upon request.

November through April – Starting at $1,395.00 per night (3-night minimum)

Thanksgiving – Starting at $1,495.00 per night (5-night minimum)

Christmas/New Year’s Weeks – Starting at $1,695.00 per night (7-night minimum each holiday week)

Check-in time is after 3 pm, check-out time is prior to 11 am.
