Verano Estate and Villa Rates

High Season: November 15 through April 30 – $450.00 per bedroom per night (8-bedroom minimum, 6-night minimum)

Low Season: July 1 through September 30 – $250.00 per bedroom per night (6-bedroom minimum, 3-night minimum)

Mid Season: May 1 through June 30 and Oct 1 through Nov 14 – $350.00 per bedroom per night (6-bedroom minimum, 4-night minimum)

Christmas: December 20 through December 27 – $550.00 per bedroom per night (11-bedroom minimum, 7-night minimum)

New Year’s: December 27 through January 3 – $650.00 per bedroom per night (11-bedroom minimum, 7-night minimum)
