The largest of the Villas at Verano, Villa Vista offers an expansive living area and balconies with a 180-degree view. Enter the top floor living area and step down to the lower levels to find two bedrooms on each level, including the large private soaking pool on Level 2. With a master suite on the ground level, this roomy villa is an ideal choice for large families and group gatherings.
Each Villa includes a staff welcome with a margarita and guacamole presentation. Full Breakfast is included Daily, prepared and served in your Villa, with the exception of Sunday. Continental Breakfast is provided on Sundays. Daily house cleaning services included. Optional private chef’s dinners each evening are available upon request.

2026 Rates
Included daily, breakfast prepared on our Private Beach patio, Sundays Continental Breakfast is provided.
High Season: November 15 through April 30 – $400.00 per bedroom per night (2-bedroom minimum, 3-night minimum)
Low Season: July 1 through September 30 – $200.00 per bedroom per night (2-bedroom minimum, 3-night minimum)
Mid Season: May 1 through June 30 and Oct 1 through Nov 14 – $300.00 per bedroom per night (2-bedroom minimum, 3-night minimum)
Christmas: December 20 through December 27 – $550.00 per bedroom per night (7-bedroom minimum, 3-night minimum)
New Year’s: December 27 through January 3 – $650.00 per bedroom per night (7-bedroom minimum, 3-night minimum)
Check-in time is after 3 pm, check-out time is prior to 11 am.
Rates do not include 16% VAT and 4% State Tax.
